DATA RETICULATION

We provide specialised services in all data communication installations, as well as civil construction and cable route installations. We work with all category network cables, including CAT 5E, CAT 6, CAT 6A and CAT 7, and all of our enclosures are IP67 rated power-coated or galvanised and come with fully lockable 25, 43 or 47 server racks.

SURVEILANCE SYSTEMS

We install and maintain high definition security and surveillance systems, using HDCVI and IP camera systems that are fully integrated with analytics.

TELECOMMUNICATIONS

We install and maintain all telecommunications systems above and below ground, as well as all telecommunications related civil construction and products.

AUDIO-VISUAL INSTALLATION

We provide professional installation services of wireless sound and video projectors and audio systems with proxy and full HD 1080p

FULL SUITE RENOVATIONS

We offer full suite renovations and redesigns for industrial and business purposes, Including but not limited to officers and meeting rooms and control rooms.

SYSTEM MAINTENANCE AND UPGRADES

We offer full maintenance plans for any equipment installed by our company, as well as maintenance and repair for pre-existing systems and networks.

Avax SA provides and install any and all types of network & communication cables for telecommunication purposes.

INSPECTION AND AUDIT

We are fully licensed network providers, along with any and all nessesary accreditation to offer businesses with inspection and audits to review pre-existing network systems.

    Record-keeping & Reporting

    This includes tagging of all poles for ease of identification. These tags are recorded and documented with GPS co-ordinates attached to each, making it easy to find the exact position of faults. In addition, we keep record of all warranties on products to ensure that these are maintained and updated before they expire. We further maintain a database of all call-outs received during a specific period.

    Change Management

    Part of our after-care service is to effectively manage and report on change requests and ensuring that these are implemented in line with the client's change management policies and procedures.

    E-waste management

    Avax SA 410 subcontracts its e-waste management function to Sindawonye Granulators and Processors (Pty) Ltd (SGP). SGP specialises in the processing and granulation of electric and telecommunication cables and telecommunication equipment, as well as the recycling of electronic/electrical waste and non-ferrous metals, the processing of ferrous metals, the recycling of plastic and the manufacturing of plastic products.

    Call-out and Assistance Services

    Avax SA offers a 24/7 call-out and assistance service with an average response time of 30 minutes and with a resolution time as determined by priority levels (Urgent, High, Medium or Change Request). Clients can request a call-out service by contacting our Help Desk.

    After completion of installation, Avax SA 410 conducts a full site visit to hand-over the project to the client who signs off on the satisfactory completion of the required work.

  • Our ongoing Maintenance Service includes the implementation and management of a preventative maintenance schedule to ensure ongoing assessment of the entire network and the resolution of identified issues. We also implement 'break-fix' solutions that include general housekeeping around installed equipment, repairing damages, replacing equipment and managing wear and tear. In addition, we manage and maintain in-stock items through a regular maintenance and ordering system. All necessary equipment and tools are stored on-site in the company’s own warehouse. The company also has its own workshop in which equipment and tools are serviced and maintained by in-house staff.
