Finance & Administration

Avax SA 410 follows a flat structure in its administrative and support function, consisting of core services such as Finance, Project Management and Health & Safety. Other specialised services such as Legal and Human Resources are outsourced to professional service providers. This ensures a streamlined and well-managed support function to the core technical units.

Our support services team is made up of highly qualified individuals ready to provide assistance to our clients and support to our technical teams.

 

The Help Desk

Our 24/7 call-out and assistance services have an average response time of 30 minutes and a resolution time determined by priority levels.

The Help Desk Team handles and analyses all requests and queries from clients. At Avax SA we ensure that our Help Desk Team is fully conversant with the client’s procurement procedures in order to provide effective support. The Help Desk Team also arranges training and support services and much emphasis is placed on telephonic communication skills to ensure that team members can provide quality support to buyers and suppliers.
